Produce – Out-of-Province Artists Program

This program is designed to encourage non-Manitoban artists to travel to the province to utilize local recording studios, producers and recording professionals. It is also intended to increase business and experience for Manitoba music recording industry professionals.

Level 1—to help record a demo to be used for calling card purposes or as pre-production for an upcoming full-length release, or to record songs intended for commercial release

Level 2—to help record five or more songs to be released for sale through all mediums (including online distribution)
